HTLW: Funniest moment you’ve had at the Retreat or with a guest?
Conrad: Once a guest screamed and shouted her lungs out after she climbed into the swimming pool and at that precise moment the Kreepy Krauly went on. She had no idea what it was used for and thought it was going to attack her. Needles to say she didn’t get back into the pool after that incident…

Conrad: Easy, it’s a combination of exquisite gourmet food, excellent wine, beautiful tranquil surroundings and the best accommodation within a safe walking distance of all of this…what more can one want without being greedy?
